7:00 PM - THE BOSS

In the ccomedy THE BOSS, hugely successful Michelle Darnell (Melissa McCarthy), the wealthiest woman in America with an ego to match, is sent to prison after she is caught for insider trading. When Michelle is released six months later with her fortune gone, she tracks down former assistant Claire (Kristen Bell), who reluctantly agrees to let her stay briefly in the apartment Claire shares with her daughter. Michelle takes Claire's daughter Rachel to her Dandelions' meeting, where she finds out how much the girls earn by selling cookies. She decides to form her own girls' group called Darnell's Darlings, in which she teaches the girls aggressive business skills to make a mint selling brownies. With hilarious efforts she tries to rebrand herself as America’s latest sweetheart, but not everyone she bulldozed over is so quick to forgive & forget. In true Darnell fashion, Michelle devises a shady business model for a venture guaranteed to catapult her back into the big leagues while giving Claire an opportunity to build a solid future. It sounds like a win-win situation until Michelle wonders if she'll be able to regain her rightful place on top, or if the love of one family has changed her for good. The laughs will keep coming as Melissa McCarthy’s typical funny-lady style is evident in her latest box office hit, THE BOSS!

In MY BIG FAT GREEK WEDDING 2, the sequel to the 2002 sleeper hit My Big Fat Greek Wedding, Toula (Nia Vardalos) finds her extended family rocked by the revelation that her mother & father were never really married – which, of course, requires an even bigger Greek wedding so they can officially tie the knot. Meanwhile, Toula struggles to spice up her marriage to Ian (John Corbett), & is heartbroken when her daughter Paris (Elena Kampouris) says she wants to go to a distant college in order to get away from her overbearing clan. MY BIG FAT GREEK WEDDING was a sell-out hit at the Center Theatre back in 2002. Don’t miss MY BIG FAT GREEK WEDDING 2, the funny sequel continuing on the story with all the beloved characters & an even bigger wedding fiasco!

7:00 PM:  Disney's ZOOTOPIA 2D
Returning to the Center Theatre by popular demand is Disney’s ZOOTOPIA, this time in 2D. Zootopia is a modern metropolis like no other city. Comprised of habitat neighborhoods like ritzy Sahara Square & frigid Tundratown, it’s a melting pot where animals from every environment live together from the biggest elephant to the smallest shrew. But when optimistic Officer Judy Hopps arrives, she discovers that being the first bunny on a police force of big, tough animals isn’t so easy. Determined to prove herself, she jumps at the opportunity to crack a case, even if it means partnering with a fast-talking scam-artist fox, Nick Wilde, to solve the mystery. Disney’s ZOOTOPIA 2D, from the makers of FROZEN, is a crowd-pleaser for audiences young or old!
PG, 110 Mins

7:30 PM:  GOD'S NOT DEAD 2
From the college classroom of GOD’S NOT DEAD to the public square in GOD’S NOT DEAD 2, the name of Jesus is accepted less & less with each passing day. Welcome back to Hope Springs … home not only of Hadleigh University, but also Martin Luther King Jr. High School, where beloved teacher Grace Wesley (Melissa Joan Hart) helps students understand & enjoy history. Her love of teaching, her love for her students, & her love of life all come from the same place: her love of Christ. So when Brooke (Hayley Orrantia), a hurting student grieving the loss of her brother, reaches out to Grace, their coffee-shop conversation naturally leads to Grace sharing the hope she finds in Jesus Christ. When Brooke later asks an honest question about Jesus in the classroom, Grace’s reasoned response lands her in big trouble. The principal & school board are in lockstep agreement that she’s violated district & state statutes by bringing her religion into the classroom & demand she issue an apology, which Grace humbly yet courageously refuses to do. When a zealous civil liberties group learns of the teacher’s stance, Grace ends up facing an epic court case that could cost her the career she loves & further expel the mention of God from the classroom – & the public square. GOD’S NOT DEAD 2 is the highly anticipated sequel to the beloved 2014 Pure Flix hit movie GOD’S NOT DEAD.
